Reconciliation through Respect
February 3rd, 2010This website outlines an Australian concept to symbolise and brand respect, reconcile cultural, religious and ideological differences and catalyse a global people power movement to generate the resources to reduce the biggest threats to human survival, inequity.
Self respect is the ultimate wealth of an individual and respect is the currency upon which every religion, ideology, culture and individual has evolved. You show respect, you earn respect, you generate self-respect.
Respect, for the land, the elders and tribal law was passed down to guarantee the survival of the tribe. As such respect is as critical to human survival today as it was 50,000 years ago.
